Ray Arata is a keynote speaker, author, and coach with an expertise in inclusive leadership. Ray has devoted more than 15.000+ hours of working with men to advance their emotional literacy and intelligence with the ManKind Project for more than 24 years. His experience has led him to be recognized as a Male Champion of Change in 2016, awarded by the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the UN Women. Ray is the founder of the Better Man Movement and the author of two books: Showing Up and Wake Up, Man Up, Step Up.
